Greetings from Switzerland and i hope it works. I uninstalled everything that had to do with FH4 then started a fresh install from Microsoft store. It seems to be working, no error messages yet. Installed, good to go! The Store says it 's installed and i can play it but when i click on it i get a picture of FH4 lol. Still getting the error codes. Is there a physical DVD we can swap instead of the download? Where's my problem. I was playing with no problem. My pc got some type of error that I had to take it to the repair shop.
The only thing I could of done to fix my pc was doing a factory reset so I did. When I got the pc back I sign in with my microsoft account and everything. So I went to Microsoft store to get the game back because it wasn't showing on my oder history or my library so when I went to download the game the install option wasn't working a icon with a circle with a line in between came up ever time I jover over the install buttom so I try clicking on " manage" and nothing.
I contacted Microsoft and spoke with an agent so we try a lot of stuff trying to figure out what was the problem we try troubleshooting on the common promt and nothing we was there for more then an hour. In the end he told me it was something to do with the servers maintenance.
